So now that you know all about doing your own Body Wrap, from prepping for the perfect wrap to the steps needed so you can do your own at home, here are some of our favorite body wrap recipes. We hope you are as excited as we are, this is gonna be fun!

We love using different ingredients, essential oils & herbs to achieve our goals. There are wonderful ingredients to help with just about every problem, from losing inches to reducing the appearance of cellulite. The key here is to know your goals and pick the right ingredients to get the desired results.

All of the following recipes start with our favorite Earth Mud clay base. Clays act as a magnet to draw out environmental pollutants, dirt and other pore clogging stuff. It works great on blemish-prone skin too. You simply mix this base with water, witch hazel, Aloe Vera juice or any other liquid. We use glass jars to mix our body wraps ingredients because we are able to mix enough for the week. Keep the jar tightly sealed between uses and if you are mixing with water DO NOT keep more than a week since there is no preservative. Trust us on this one, you do not want bacteria in your mask!

ALWAYS mix in glass bowl (never use metal).

Weight Loss:

1 cup Earth Mud + 2 cups Green Tea. If you like you can also add one of the diuretic Essential Oils listed below.

Green Tea acts as a diuretic and helps reduce excess water, while the clays draw out the impurities.

There a two ways to mix this. 1) Use the Green Tea as your liquid. Pick an organic Green Tea in bags and prepare as usual. Mix 1 cup base and 2 cups Green Tea. (add several drops of essential oil if desired) 2) Use a Green Tea Powder which can be found on Amazon. Get a high quality pure Green Tea Powder and mix 1/2 cup base with 1/2 cup Green Tea Powder, then add 2 cups liquid and stir until you get a paste like consistency. Remember, you can always add more base or liquid until you get the consistency you want.

Cellulite:

1/2 cup Earth Mud + 1/2 cup Seaweed Powder + 2 cups Aloe Vera juice + Coffee. (essential oil if desires)

Seaweed is packed with vitamin C + K, copper, zinc, calcium, magnesium and iron. Aloe Vera helps soothe and hydrate. We use pure Coffee Essential Oil since it can be part of the needed liquid. You can also use coffee grinds, but we think the essential oil works best. Coffee is rich in antioxidants that helps protect skin from free radicals, which can cause damage and premature aging. Coffee stimulates the skin and improves blood flow, perfect for cell turnover and helping skin look radiant. The caffeine in coffee is considered a vasodilator, meaning it helps to tighten and firm the skin.

Mix 1/2 cup Earth Mud and 1/2 cup Seaweed Powder. Then mix Aloe Vera juice with several drops of Coffee Essential Oil. Add the liquid to the powder mixture and blend together to make the paste.

Detox:

With all the environmental pollutants, we all need a good detox wrap and this is our favorite!

1 cup Earth Mud + 1/2 cup Epsom Salt + Chamomile herbal tea bag + Rosemary essential oil.

Epsom Salt is loaded with magnesium sulfate and is know to help detox. Chamomile is an antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and antiseptic. It helps with rashes, eczema, inflammation and dermatitis. It is soothing to the skin and a perfect match for this detox wrap. Rosemary Essential Oil helps stimulate cell renewal, while infusing moisture into the skin and improves circulation.

Mix 1/2 cup Epsom Salt + Chamomile tea bag with 2 cups boiling water making sure salt dissolves. Once cool add a few drops of Rosemary Essential Oil. Mix liquid to 1 cup Earth Mud and stir until mixture is paste like.

Improve Circulation:

1 cup Earth Mud + 1 tablespoon Ginger Root powder.

Ginger Root Powder helps improve circulation and will provide a warming effect to the skin.

Mix 1 cup Earth Mud + 1 tablespoon Ginger Root Powder + 2 cups liquid.

Mix all ingredients together to form a paste. Apply to the areas that need improved circulation and wrap. Leave wrap on for 20 minutes and rinse well with warm water quickly followed by a cold water rinse.

Muscle Pain:

1 Cup Earth Mud + 1 tablespoon Cayenne Powder (test a small area on forearm to make sure you do not have a reaction) + essential oil if desired.

Mix 1 cup Earth Mud with 1 tablespoon Cayenne Powder and add 2 cups (plus several drops of essential oil) liquid to form paste. You can warm the liquid for better results (not too hot). Add the paste to sore muscles, BUT do not wrap. Let dry, put on your favorite robe and relax for 5-10 minutes (do not go more then 10 minutes). Rinse with warm water. When using Cayenne Powder, always do a skin patch test first to make sure your skin doesn't have a reaction.

Ultimate Body Wrap:

1/2 cup Earth Mud + 1/2 cup Seaweed Powder + 2 cups Apple Cider Vinegar + 3 drops of diuretic essential oil from list below.

Apple Cider Vinegar helps reduce age spots, blemishes, works as a detox, and balances skins PH.

Mix all ingredients together to form desired consistence. Wrap and relax for 20-45 minutes. Rinse with warm water.

Relax Wrap:

1 cup Earth Mud + 4 Chamomile Tea Bags + 2 drops Lavender and Rosemary Essential Oil.

Prepare Chamomile tea in boiling water, let cool. Add 2 drops Lavender and Rosemary Essential Oil. Add Earth Mud and stir to make paste. Relax 20-45 minutes and rinse with warm water.

Essential Oils with diuretic properties:
