Real Earth products are 100% natural & plant-based, therefore not returnable. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, email info@myrealearth.com within 15 days of delivery date & we will refund your money, no questions asked.
Product Error or Damage:
If we make a mistake in fulfilling your order or if the product arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it. Please send an email to info@myrealearth.com within 3 days. If the product is damaged, leaking or has a defect, please include a picture of the product including the packaging.
