How to use

Body: Mix equal parts with liquid, like water or witch hazel, to form a paste, apply to desired areas of body, wrap areas with plastic type wrap or ace bandages. Leave on 10-20 minutes. Wash off with warm water.

Face: Mix equal parts liquid, like water or witch hazel, to form paste, apply to face and allow to dry. Wash off with warm water.
