How to use

Add 1/2-3/4 cups or about 4-6 oz (2-4 handfuls) in warm bath water. Soak 20-30 minutes to allow the rich minerals to soak into skin.

For best results-Do not use bath additives, soaps, or oils. Do not rinse off, simply dry off with a towel. After bath get rest and drink plenty of water.
